Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original boutique box and outer protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
